The Extraordinary Adventures of Dr Faustroll and his search for the Luminiferous Aether
This exciting stage show was the forerunner of Into the Uncanny Valley, an award wining theatrical experience which ran at the Bats theatre in Wellington in November 2012. The play follows the adventures of an eccentric Doctor and his daughter through the transition of the Victorian mechanical universe, to the world of quantum physics.
Marmalade Monkey worked with director / writer Charlie Bleakley, production designer Joe Bleakley and a small team of designers and crafts people to produce the many sets, props and mechanical devises needed to bring this show to life.
